Laura A. Riffel is currently the director of Behavior Doctor Seminars, a company dedicated to helping teachers have all the tools they need to ameliorate behavioral issues in the classroom. Great book with practical application.

Wonderful for someone who may not be familiar with behavioral terms. This book is interesting and gives tons of examples and resources.
